We offer psychiatric clearance for bariatric surgery.
Addiction portion of the visit is $145.00. $50.00 fee for all appointments canceled within 24 hours including psychiatry/medications management. No exception. A credit card is required on file for all appointments regardless of insurance type.

Meet Essie Mugomba-Bird
Esther Mugomba-Bird, (aka Essie) is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who began her career as a Registered Nurse after graduating with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Edison State College, now known as Florida Southwestern State College. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and then her Master’s in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatry from the University of Cincinnati.
